Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colours, materials and images accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting conditions.

All products are subject to availability. We may withdraw a product, correct an error or cancel an order if an item is unavailable.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed after payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

You must provide complete and accurate contact, payment and delivery information when placing an order.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and may be affected by courier delays, availability or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please check your delivery address carefully. Priest London is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Cancellations and returns

For most online purchases, you may tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the product.

Returned bedding must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Returns may be refused where a product has been used, damaged after delivery or cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products should be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Priest London is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.
